I paid for a deluxe King room and arrived to find out they didn't have it available, forcing us into a smaller room. The cleanliness was shocking. the pull-out couch mattress was stained and disgusting, and there was a horrible smell throughout the room. To top it off, I was shocked to discover I had to pay for phone calls, which wasn’t mentioned upfront.

Additionally, key mix-ups caused confusion, adding to the overall discomfort. They advertised kitchen amenities but failed to provide necessary items, which made meal preparation a challenge.

I loved the whole wheat bread rolls at Bamboo Grille—so fresh and delicious! Plus, the staff were super friendly, always ready to help, especially when I had a question about nearby eats. The kitchenette in my room made it easy to whip up some local dishes from the market. A solid win!

I loved the easy access to Aquatica Orlando, which is just a 15-minute walk away, and the spacious rooms were a wonderful retreat after long days of exploring the nearby Dolphin Nursery.
